The scheduling process was fast.  Bill kept us informed of his arrival time.  Almost all our needs were met for that visit.  My husband forgot to ask Bill to change out 2 more outlets from bone to black.  So it was my husbands fault.  Bill was able to answer our questions and was very knowledgeable.  I definitely plan on using Tap and Sons again.  I just have to plan out what type of stove and exhaust hood we are going to use.  Gas versus Electric, etc.  I used a Angie's List Coupon, so price an "A."  I feel that the estimate that Bill gave us was very fair too.  I only had Bill change out switches, etc, so that is definitely an easy "A" as to quality.  For the work we had done, Responsiveness, Punctuality and Professionalism was all an "A".

Thank you for the reminder.  I have to say I am VERY impressed with your company, and I haven't even had anyone come out yet!  While I could count on the fingers of one hand the number of businesses that take the time or make the effort to send a reminder, I have never, ever had anyone actually send me a picture and name of the person  they were sending out.  What a neat idea!  No wonder you folks get such great reviews on Angie's List!  This kind of customer service is unheard of .

I really appreciate it.  I can't wait to have you folks come out in the future to help me with other electrical issues I am having.  Trust me, Veronica, I am getting a list together right now for all the work I will need to have done.   ;O)

I am responding to your email and will begin by saying we are completely satisfied with the work done.

The scheduling process allowed for us to get a tech to the house quickly.  Our needs were met, answered our questions, and we would use and recommend TAP again.

On the grading requested, Price seemed high but I haven't been looking for an electrician recently so B.  Quality, Responsiveness, Punctuality and Professionalism I rate as A.  

We are very pleased with the outcome and the technician was very helpful.
